By accessing or using the SalonVerse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the application or services.
SalonVerse provides a multi-tenant cloud operating system designed to manage appointments, billing, staff schedules, and inventory management workflows for salons, spas, and wellness centers.
To register as a business owner on SalonVerse, you must provide a valid email, business name, phone number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all operations performed under your account namespace.
Certain services are billed on a subscription basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are generated automatically at the end of each billing cycle, and failure to settle fees may result in temporary account lockout.
SalonVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including booking scheduling conflicts or offline inventory mismatches.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
