When customers book services at your salon branch, we collect basic profile details (phone numbers and names) to process appointments and send confirmation updates. All customer profile contact records are encrypted at rest.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and optimize the SalonVerse operating system. We do not sell or lease any business or personal consumer profile records to third parties.
We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technological security controls (including database Row-Level Security policies and SSL transport layer encryption) to protect your tenant records from unauthorized access.
Business owners have full access to modify, export, or delete branches, employee profiles, and service catalogs directly through the dashboard. If you wish to permanently terminate your SalonVerse tenant account, please contact our help desk.
